the thing about all addictions that you have to understand is that they got there to serve a purpose...so if they are going to leave...your best bet is to find something to serve that same purpose and to do a better job...you really have three options...1) allow your addictions to rule you and therefore POTENTIALLY fuck up your life...2) as previously stated...tame your addiction and make sure it manifests itself in a way that helps and not hinders you...or...3) make room for something to come in and replace your addiction with a better alternative...I AM NOT TELLING YOU WHAT TO DO...but i will say this...out of the three...the second one is the most difficult...have a nice day .
