discovery
quite obviously...the first step of dealing with depression...is to know exactly why you are depressed...unfortunately...this is not as easy as it sounds...that is to say...there is usually more that one reason why one is depressed...to be specific...there is usually one major factor and a few minor factors that contribute to depression...what is needed...the proper tools :
1-humility...to look inside
2-compassion...if you cannot accept what you find...the journey is futile
3-motivation...it is far easier just to stay in bed
4-community...this cannot be done alone
5-intelligence...once things come to the surface...they have to be sorted out and dealt with properly
...so you are there...you have discovered you are in a depression...and you have discovered why...what next???
