dealng with depression part 2

the fact of the matter

the fact of the matter is that it is very easy to fool ourselves into thinking that we are not depressed...when we are fooling ourselves in this respect...it is referred to as acclimatization...and by that i mean...we can get so used to living a particular mode of existence...that we are no longer aware of the state of our minds and our emotions...there is no simple answer to deal with this...but what does help...is a list of potential symptoms :

1-loss of appetite...or increased appetite
2-loss of desire to do and achieve
3-weakness
4-nausea
5-loss of sex drive
6-dizziness
7-feeling emotionally low for an extended period of time
8-shakes
9-broken sleep patterns
10-despair
