god revisited...the ass-hole dynamic

there is definitely a god...he definitely controls the universe...and probably billions of others...and there is definitely a current in which we choose to travel in or avoid...(after all i have seen...these questions appears to be rather ridiculous)...but yet one question remains...why is this omnipotent , eternal being...so concerned with creating complete and utter ass-holes ??? i mean...in theory it should be just as easy to create good people as it is narcissistic people...not going anywhere with this...just something to expand your theology with ...have a nice day .
