"piss"... the motion picture

i have this idea for a movie...society discovers that piss is a cure for multiple diseases...(if applied properly)...anyway...the government cannot find a way to tax piss...so they get quite upset...or , in other words...pissed off...anyway...as people get better and better..the authorities get bitterer and bitterer...what will happen ??? are there super hero's involved ??? baby ducks maybe???  will aliens come down from outer space and liberate us from our piss??? coming to a theater near you..."piss"...the motion picture .
