nobody has the right to judge you for being in some type of depression or another...in fact...anyone who does...keep away from them...depression is like any other type of illness...it is there for the specific reason of being resolved...surround yourself with good people...both medically and in terms of relationship...as for the work place...nobody has the right to treat you badly there either...and one final though...do not be too hard on yourself...you may not be able to choose your relatives...but you can choose to love yourself...luv stu
