as children...we do not have the emotional intelligence to deal with life appropriately...so we use anything that we can to allow us to escape the pain of being alive...problem is...we keep these patterns as adults...(fantasy...anger...deceit)...and they no longer serve a purpose...THE ESCAPE : 1-we have a need to feel safe...2-as a result...behavior patterns will develop...(for this and other reasons)...3-allow life to lead you into the place of "emotional puberty"...that is to say..."awake oh sleeper"...or...grow the fuck up!!! 4-change...live love...let life be your teacher through...relationships...prayer...and situations...this is the reason why all is around you...and...5-remain organic...real...naked...open...have a nice day!!!
