this guy who works for some foreign government...AND HAS SOME TYPE OF DIPLOMATIC IMMUNITY...lives next door to this fucked-up , DARK HEARTED , SAVAGE , dictator...( which separates him not a bit from all the other fucked up dictators )... ANYWAY...apparently...this insidious prick despises cats...SO WHAT DOES HIS NEIGHBOR DO ??? everyday , when he goes for a walk - well , not everyday...but certainly once in a while- he throws an open tin of cat food on his lawn .
