curing the issues in the middle east...part 1
maybe those people actually don't masturbate...( it's possible)...so...to begin with...mandatory masturbation for the entire population...with the obvious exceptions...old and dead people...you get the gig...this alone will resolve 20 % of all the violence...give or take .
