those power mongering buckaroos

as far as i am aware...nobody...nowhere...has offered a course for politicians...in regards to their power mongering tendencies...that is to say...one of the darkest and gravest issues for those in leadership...is not looked upon with real concern by the citizens of this or any other country...now let me ask you a question...do you think the issue is being discarded because our leaders are just too far above such behavior??? or because the general population simply does not have the capacity for abstract thought???
