the fact of the matter is that most foundations are built upon "sand"...or...in other words...when trouble rocks someones  world...their response will reveal  their true character...TO THE POINT... violence...anger...hiding...ignorance and control will rear their ugly heads...(in most situations with most people)...and their course of action will not be humility but , instead...finding further ways...such as being passive aggressive...being spiteful...and surrounding ones self with false community...to reinforce the particular attitude one wants to be reinforced...INDEED , ONE NEEDS WEAPONS OF LOVE : humility , wisdom , empathy , understanding the human condition and the ability to let go...to deal with upheaval of the heart...that is to say...for a group to come together as one...one first must be one with ones self .
