something is said...but have we heard what was actually conveyed out of the mouth??? 1) hurt...2) education...3) experience...and...4) relationship...all work together to alter the words spoken and  change them into something new and different...indeed...it takes a pure heart...one saturated with...1) forgiveness...2) understanding...3) humility...4) confession...and  5) hard work...to bring a human being in line with what is actually going on around him...to be able to see what is real ...REMEMBER...it is not so much what happens...but how we perceive what happens that matters...and the truth of any situation can only be seen through the eyes of love .
