did you ever think of this...needy people...(this is a generalization)...are not needy because of what has been done to them nearly as much as because of who they are...that is to say...the spirits of certain individuals were created specifically for the purpose of giving and receiving love...hence , the deprivation of such things as love , acceptance and forgiveness...resonates across their personal inner-universe so much more...(this is opposed to people who seem to be able to ignore such emotional and spiritual dynamics...yet would sell their soul for a new car)...and this gives a whole new meaning to the verse..."the first shall be last and the last first" .
