the star fish on the beach
i once heard a story about a little boy who was throwing starfish back into the water from the beach...in an attempt to save their lives...an old man approached him and said..."why are you doing this child??? there are thousands of starfish on this beach...you will never be able to make a difference"...the little boy just smiled...picked up another starfish and replied..."it makes all the difference in the world to this one"...then he threw it into the water and disappeared .
