1-we are born to love...2-embrace this with humility and passion for what is real...3-meditate upon god...who ever that is to you...meditation will keep you focused upon real...real will keep your behavior in perspective...4-live love...the more others are important to you...the clearer you will see life and everything...5-be organic...that is...be open to change at every step...if you are not growing...your heart is probably dying.
