new "drunk driving" laws : for the most part...people understand the dynamic of doing something wrong and then getting in shit for it....they can perceive the situation in their mind...and then proceed the wrap their little brains around it...what they cannot do is compute something in their heads that makes no sense at all...it makes them feel insecure...fearful...and that maybe they cannot perform well in the sack...enters new drunk driving laws...the fact of the matter is that if you threaten someones comfort level for sniffing a cork...they will overcompensate to prove to themselves that they have some sort of control of their lives...that is to say...giving someone shit for having just one beer and getting behind "the wheel"...will make people drink more...not less...the new laws...are there to make people feel that the government is doing something...they are doing something all right...they are fucking things up...luv stu .
